Just some healthy reminders from Dr. Justin Vujevich to help as you care for your skin during dry season!
🔹When it's freezing, the temptation is to take long, hot baths and showers -- but keeping your showers to ten minutes or less with lukewarm water is best for your skin.
🔹Apply moisturizer immediately after showering while skin is still moist or wet. Keep your moisturizing products close by or in your shower so you don't forget!
🔹Use fragrance-free cleansers and moisturizers, and don’t forget to put on sunscreen in the mornings.
🔹Try running a cool-mist humidifier in your bedroom at night.
