Facebook maybe deleting my page and I can't do anything about it because it won't let me login with my password. It's been a good run on here. For all intended purposes. I am still practicing and you can still find me online by searching Massage with Abby or Pittsburgh Massage with Abby.

I miss you all members included. You all are inspiring me when making my self massage classes. Its going way slower than expected. Lots of relearning how to use software and making sure all angles are available. Its so different in person. I deeply miss our in person sessions. Thank you all who are and who have supported me. I know its cold out there but you will get through this and then ill be home. Sun will be shining and sessions will be scheduled. Sending you love and compassion.

Ever want to learn about the benefits to sound therapy? Have you ever had a sound bath? Heard about one from a friend? These are the benefits of sound therapy and how they may affect you and your family differently. Sound therapy is a newer post if you scroll up the blog. Body scan meditation is a key component to really integrating sound therapy like hand pans, singing crystal, glass, metal bowls. Gong and dijeridoo baths are more common these days. I hope you enjoy this blog as much as I do or at least try a sound bath out some time. We have many great sound bath practitioners in the east end of pittsburgh and all over really. Online but in yoga centers and salt caves. If you feel like catching some sounds please ask me for a referral. I love when small business thrives!
