Getting a head start on Valentine’s Day with these healthy paleo brownies! 🍫❤️ Sweet treats that won’t derail your goals—because love is all about balance!
– Two eggs room temp
– 6 ounces Hu chocolate gems
– 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
– 1/3 cup mixture of ghee and coconut oil (refined)
– 1 cup maple sugar
– 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
– 1 cup blanched fine almond flour
– 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
– 1/4 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp sea salt
Prep 8x8 baking pan with parchment. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Melt chocolate. Add peanut butter, eggs, ghee/coconut oil mixture, vanilla and maple sugar. Add almond flour, cacao, baking soda and sea salt. Smooth batter into prepped baking pan. Sprinkle with a little more sea salt. Bake 22 minutes.
