Tuna salad lettuce wraps this week! Light, fresh, and zero effort vibes.
- 2 cans low sodium albacore tuna or wild caught tuna
- 1/2 red onion (chopped)
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)
- 1-2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 pickle (chopped)
- 1/3 cup paleo mayo (may add more if needed)
- Paprika to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
