Sometimes our minds can feel scattered, pulled in many different directions. As spring arrives, there can be more stimulation—longer days, busier schedules, more activity.
To support this, in yoga we practice balancing poses. Balancing brings the mind into the present moment and encourages stillness, focusing our attention on one thing: finding balance. If we’re not present, we lose it and fall.
By balancing the body, we find our center, helping to steady the mind.
