As we move toward spring, our energy can feel inconsistent. Some days we feel motivated; other days, tired or unsettled. The weather begins to shift—from cold to warm, from snow to rain. Nature doesn’t rush this transition—the ground thaws gradually, and plants bloom in their own time.
As the seasons change, our internal landscape shifts as well. Yoga invites us to slow down, move gently, breathe deeply, and give ourselves space to adjust.
