I am getting outside my comfort zone and finally putting effort to learning content creation. I am still involved in personal training, however life insurance will also be incorporated into what I do. It’s sad when you are being brainwashed to be against something that is so positive and good for regular law abiding people who just want to live in a safe environment. The people who are against it are living in areas that aren’t nearly as compromised as inner city areas all over the country. I criticize some of the policies brought out and once I dive deeper into these issues most seem like a common sense approach. Will they work… I am not totally sure but the fact that they are being looked at in a serious manner has to account for something. I agree somewhat and I also disagree somewhat with her statements. We have to do something though, to not do anything is a total lack of caring for people in these areas. 👍🏼

At 60 I am certainly not social media savvy by any stretch. I have no problem talking to people in real life however speaking into a camera phone is so in-natural to me, however it is something that I need to overcome. I immediately go back to 1982 when I was a young 17 year old in Marine Corps boot camp and telling myself “ There is. I way I’m going to survive this” and taking it day by day, each day a new challenge. I came out on the other end from a piece of s**t scumbag to a United States Marine. So all I know is what works for me in health and also what does not and it’s the what does not that can be your downfall. I’ve been through the eighties changing the weights for Arnold Schwartzneggar,Lou Ferrigno and others to 100 pounds overweight in my 30’s, to where I am now. I love to help people and what I do nay not be right for you but on the other hand it just might be what you need to get started. So here it goes, time to put myself out there. It’s time to stop working for a living and living what life I have left.

Just turned 60 in October and got comfortable with my life. I thought I would like comfortable, however it’s not ME. So you will be a part of my renewed fitness journey and to all who want to follow and share I am grateful. Please be aware, I talk a lot and go off in different directions ( ADHD🤷🏻‍♂️), and if I offend people be aware it’s not on purpose. I just give my views at this point in my life and believe me… what a life it has been.

Haven’t been very energetic lately and maybe it’s the night shift or the seasonal affective disorder and had a comprehensive blood panel done. Everything came back normal except higher than normal HDL’s. My issue is this number saying that my testosterone is way high. I don’t take any supplements but I do take a probiotic although not everyday. If anyone’s knows what repercussions can happen with this and how can I reduce it naturally. I’ve got to admit I’m not complaining about the number and if it’s healthy then I’ll take it higher, but really at this age I’m doing just fine it has to be that Peurto Rican/Italian mix of DNA. 🤔🤔😂
