It is with great sorrow that the Rostraver Township VFD #1 announces the passing of Rudolph J. Godzak." Rudy"as he was known to us is a current life member of the department. He held many positions within the department over the years in both the Executive and Line Offices incuding past Fire Chief. Funeral arrangements are as follows: Viewing will be at the James C Stump Funeral home at 580 Circle Drive in Rostraver on Sunday July 11 from 6-8, Monday 2-8 and Tuesday 10:15 service followed by a mass at 11 at St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church in Monessen. The fire department will be having a short memorial service Sunday evening at 7. In Lieu of flowers you can choose to send a donation in his name to the Hillman Cancer Center in Pittsburgh. God Speed. We will take it from here.
