Natural Kneads Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Natural Kneads Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Since 2000, I have been a NCTMB:Nationally Certified, LMT licensed massage therapist, Associated with the ABMP.

I have studied massage in many different countries. I have graduated from 2 California Massage Schools and have over 1000 class hours commitment to continuing education. Currently, I have recently resigned as the volunteer PA state coordinator for ERMI, emergency massage FEMA dispatched first responders after serving in that position for over four years.. My expertise is in massaging clients who enjoy good health as well as those with chronic health conditions. As a Self-Employed massage practitioner, I have worked on a variety of clients with an assortment of massage needs. All my clients are unique individuals. They range from full time mothers, weekend warriors, amateur and professional athletes including elite athletes (Olympic Games and Cirque Du Soleil). Regardless of their problems or status the client’s satisfaction is of paramount importance to me. I have completed certifications in cancer and geriatric massage. I have worked in hospitals and elsewhere focusing on clients’ rehabilitations from replacement surgeries for knees, shoulders, hips and the neck. I have provided hospice clients with end of life massages and supported their families and loved ones with bereavement massages. On a happier note, I also work with pregnant clients as well as children. Finally, I can provide you with a de-stressing relaxation massage or even do Watsu if you have access to a pool. I accept most medical health insurance with a physicians referral and the approval of your insurance provider. My CV lists additional qualifications. Hello Lovers of Massage,
We have had the most pleasant Autumn weather! It is hard for me to believe I have been providing massages for 23 Autumn seasons.

Now, as the weather is changing and the holidays are approaching,
I must update my mailing list. I haven’t done this chore since the pandemic began. All of our lives have changed. During the down time I had: knee replacement surgery, achieved my Graston Technique Specialist license, and continued my massage education thru classes and reading. Even after all these years, I still enjoy providing massages. I am thankful of the opportunity I have to serve with this skill.

Since August, my massage life has resumed for those who are fully vaccinated. If you are healthy, I am once again massaging during the week and some weekends. Weekday sessions are available at 9:30, 11, 1:30, 3 and 5. Plus, some evenings by appointment. Weekends I work till 3:00. The room is cleaned and sanitized between sessions.
I book clients nearly a week in advance of a scheduled session time. Appointments can only be made by phone or text at 412.996.5005. If you must cancel you must do so 24 hours in advance of your table time.
