Had the opportunity to facilitate a surround sound bath at Heinz Chapel again thanks to .violin and lots of others. Being up in the choir loft provides a different vantage point of the experience. It feels like you’re part of the team, but also removed and in your own little world. It’s always a magical experience. Thanks for the picture of myself playing.

Breathing is something we do consciously and unconsciously. Understand the connection between the breath, the body, the mind, and our emotions. Come and learn how to use something you're already doing every day to your advantage.
