Hey there, it’s Dr. Kelly.
I have been trying to figure out how to go about this, but there is really no comfortable way. Rather than starting the conversation multiple times over the next few weeks I figured that I would send out a message to let you all know that I will be retiring from chiropractic by the end of December. This is not a decision that I take lightly, but one that I believe is right for me and my family due to multiple factors. I will be happy to discuss further during your next appointment.
Fortunately, I have found another amazing chiropractor to assume your care. Dr. Lacy Smiesko has been in practice treating humans as well as animals for many years. After being treated by her for the last couple of months I am confident that she will step in and assume your care seamlessly.
Jackie will remain your familiar office manager and the smiling face at the front desk, so you’ll still feel right at home.
Thank you for trusting me with your care over the years—it has been an absolute privilege. I look forward making this transition as smooth as possible.
