Please welcome the newest member of our team, Quentin Carbone! 🏋🏻‍♀️
Quentin has over 12 year of fitness experience. He first started sports specific training at the age of 13 for football, hockey, and baseball. His passion for the industry grew when he noticed the advantage that functional training during adolescence gave him. At the age of 18 he interned for a private facility where he assisted in training high school, collegiate, semi-professional, and professional athletes. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the university of Pittsburgh, Quentin became a certified strength and conditioning coach (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
He’s a great addition to our coaching staff and a knowledgeable trainer, so come in and start to chisel away at your results with Q.
