Perhaps it is to increase flexibility, gain strength, enhance physical fitness or to relieve stress. At each Yoga Flow studio, you will find that whatever your motivation is for being there, you are welcome to our family. Yoga Flow offers a variety of vinyasa-based classes in a heated room. We believe that by incorporating the heat, flow and attaching breath to movement, you are more equipped to not only reap the physical benefits of fitness and cleansing of the mind and body, but you will also awaken your spiritual side for the ultimate combo – mind, body and spirit. When you roll out your mat at Yoga Flow, you open a door within that leads to personalized spiritual growth. The tools that walk you through that door include the soothing atmosphere of eastern sounds, revitalizing scented oils, peaceful candle flames and encouraging, yet challenging routines. Each student is encouraged to explore the ancient practice of yoga in our safe environment, unveiling new perspectives about themselves and the world. Each teacher brings their own unique style and paths to enlightenment, all while staying true to the Yoga Flow philosophy of mind, body and spirit.

Women’s Circle: Full Moon in Libra

Join us for an evening of grounding, reflection, and connection under the Full Moon in Libra♎️ ✨

This full moon invites us to explore balance, harmony, and the ways we relate to ourselves and to others. Libra reminds us that connection is sacred and true harmony begins within.

Full moons symbolize culmination and release. In Libra, this is a powerful time to let go of people-pleasing, resentment, imbalance, and relationships or patterns that no longer feel aligned.

What to Expect:
🧘🏼Gentle yoga & meditation to ground and center in the body
📝Reflective journaling & sharing circle to process insights
🍵Nourishing plant-based snacks & herbal
tea

This intimate gathering is a space to be witnessed, supported, and held in community. Together, we’ll honor what’s ready to be released and set intentions for more peace, balance, clarity, as the moon begins to wane.

Spring Equinox Celebration 108

Spring Equinox Celebration-with 108 Sun salutations
The spring equinox is a beautiful time of year and has so many positive attributes. If you have never celebrated this time, why not try something new this year and give it a go?

The spring equinox marks the beginning of new things and comes right at the change of the season when things are starting to turn green, which represents renewal & the clearing out of the old to bring in something new. Spring cleaning is not only about our homes but also our hearts and minds as we allow ourselves to let go of what we no longer need in order to move forward. We will clear out by practicing 108 Sun salutations. The Sun salutation is itself practiced as a sacred practice, and when repeated 108 times in a row enhances its spiritual as well as physical significance.

Open to all levels-(you don’t have to do all 108)

Cost $30

🌸🌱Spring Equinox Candlelight Vinyasa Flow: Tend the Flame, Tend the Seed~ With a Burning Bowl Ceremony🔥🕯️
•March 27th•7:30-9pm•Shadyside Studio•

Step into the hush of candlelight and soften into the sacred in-between.✨

Candlelight Vinyasa Flow: Tend the Flame, Tend the Seed is a soulful, breath-led journey designed to help you plant an intention for the season ahead 🌱 With the energy of the Spring Equinox upon us we will flow through a vinyasa styled class🌀. Practicing in the darkness, and surrounded by a gentle glow of candlelight🕯️, we will move like flickering flames—fluid, rhythmic, and alive—honoring both the fire that fuels us and the fertile soil within us. The Spring Equinox is about potential. Not full bloom yet- just the quiet decision to grow.🌷

This class invites you to tend two sacred forces:
🔥 The Flame — your inner light, passion, and creative life force.
🌱 The Seed — your quiet intention, resting beneath the surface, waiting to bloom.

Through intentional sequencing, heart-opening flows, and grounding holds, we’ll clear what no longer serves and create space for what longs to grow(our seedling/Intention). As your body warms and your breath deepens, you’ll be guided to gently plant a personal intention🌱—something you wish to nurture through the coming season.

We’ll close with a Burning Bowl Ceremony🔥where we throw our intention into the flames to allow it to take root. Burning Ceremonies signify releasing fear, releasing control, surrendering attachment to outcome. Fire transforms. It does not destroy-it alchemizes. 🤍

🌀All are welcome. Come as you are. Move as you feel called. Trust the wisdom that emerges when the lights go out.🌀

Bring your mat, your breath, and a willingness to step into the sacred.

Let this be the season you consciously choose to bloom. 🕯️✨🌸🪴

(An offering will be given to each student during the closing ritual.) 😊🎁

Monthly Meditation Club

Thinking about starting a meditation practice... or wishing yours felt a little more consistent? This monthly check-in is a low-pressure space to slow down, breathe, and practice.

We’ll start with quick introductions, simple breathwork, and easy movement to help drop into the body. From there, we will explore a specific meditation technique and we’ll spend 20-30 minutes practicing together, in guided or quiet stillness.

The practice is guided by a trained meditation teacher (200-hour MTT), currently studying within the Tibetan Buddhist lineage ~ meaning many of the techniques we explore are rooted in centuries-old wisdom, but offered in a way that’s accessible so we can easily integrate into our modern world.

We’ll close in community, option to share retlections, oftering a sense of accountability and support as we all find our way. Whether you’re brand new to meditation, coming back after a break, or simply craving a regular moment of stillness with like-minded people, this is a chance to check in, reset, and practice ~ together.
