Tammy is truly one of the sweetest, kindest people you’ll ever meet. she’s the welcoming face that introduces new families to Whitetail Springs. She gives heartfelt tours of our community, helping families see what makes our home so special and guiding them through the process of finding the right place for their loved ones.

But what many don’t always see is the incredible work she does behind the scenes. Tammy is hands-on, compassionate, and always communicating to make sure every family’s needs and wishes are heard and met. She leads with her heart and genuinely cares about each and every family she meets.

Stephanie, your kindness and compassion shine through in everything you do. Not only are you there for our residents, but you are always there for your team as well. You wear so many hats — caregiver, nurse, leader, mama, sister, friend — and you do each one with such heart and dedication.

Your care goes far beyond the clinical side of your role. It’s never “just business” with you. You build real connections with our residents, their families, your peers, and every team member you work beside. You are such a big and important part of our community.

Even when you’re not physically in the building, you’re still there — communicating, supporting, and making sure everything and everyone is okay. Your role truly is 24/7, hands-on, and full of love.
