There is a craving. A resistance to the busy-ness that doesn’t come in the form of pausing, but comes in the form of inner clenching, of annoyance, of overwhelm. The growing pressure of tension in our minds, the stiffness in our spine, the gripping in the soles of our feet as we somehow unconsciously think that the inner clench will soften the impact of the agitation to the world around. All the while this pressure drifts us farther and farther from the connection with source that will quench the craving.

As we approach the solstice, the time of the longest hours of darkness, we feel the intensifying contrast with an internal desire for peace and slowness opposed to the world around that wants us to move quicker and accomplish more. The illusion is that we may think that we want everything to stop, but that is the polarity of the mind. The all or nothing.
Instead of looking to stop and hold the world at arms length we are invited to satisfy this craving with slower, mindful acknowledging and inner melting that comes from connection. We soften and shift our attention to diving deeper within. By doing so we allow the illusion of the beliefs of separation to dissolve, and through the doorway of intention, invite a decadent, slow allowing of union with our essence light.
We breathe here and connect.
Indulging in carrying this embodied nourishment through our cells,
as it fills the void that once was.

Allow yourself to fill, to grow roots here that have the capacity for this energy to illuminate your being as you unclench into the trust of support and union.

You are this light.
This light IS you.
There is no need to resist it.
Allow the choice of your breath to deepen as you unclench deeper.
Feel your cells sigh with a soft, slow exhale creating space for the inner thank you to ripple through.
