We’re partnering with our friends at next Saturday, November 15th for a morning of movement and wellness!

Use the spring board to launch, push, press, pirouette & of course have fun! After the jump warm-up, be prepared to work your Core!😉 Next up, we’ll use the foam roller to release any tension in your body. This class will move fast but end with a relaxing stretch!
