Dr. Michael Palamone is a chiropractor in the Pittsburgh area that specializes in chiropractic care. He has owned and operated Forest Hills Chiropractic Center since 1994, and, soon after, established The Pittsburgh Back Institute- one of the first Spinal Decompression Clinics for low back problems which is non-surgical in nature. Dr. Michael Testen is originally from a small town in north eastern Pennsylvania but now calls Pittsburgh home. After practicing in Chicago for 3 years right out of school, he's thrilled to be back in his home state to help serve the Forest Hills community as an associate chiropractor alongside Dr. Michael Palamone, D.C. Our up-to-date facility is equipped with brand new treatments and technologies that provide the doctors with ways to address all of your health care needs. Fixing vs Maintaining?

Why do I need to "maintain" if you "fixed" me, doc?! 👨‍🔧🪛🔧⚒️

I just had a very good conversation with a patient of mine about continuing with treatments even after he is feeling good.

I think it is so important we have these conversations with our patients because it is so important to really understand how feeling better works and how we can keep feeling good and pain free longer without at home medications and sporadic trips to the chiro.

Below I shared a summary of my conversation with one my patients who did great with his treatment plan but now is openly admitting he does not want to maintain 🤯

We are here to not only get you up and running but KEEP you up and running.
