Dysregulation isn’t “being dramatic.”
It’s a measurable shift in breath, attention, and physiology.
Your body isn’t overreacting… it’s responding.
For years, I mislabeled my activation as sensitivity or “too muchness.”
But when you understand what your nervous system is actually doing, everything changes:
Pattern → Not personality
Biology → Not moral failure
State → Not identity
When you can track the state, you can shift the state.
