If you’re a high performer, you know how to set goals, stick to a plan, and grind your way to results. That same grit probably got you promotions, accolades, and a calendar so full it barely leaves room to breathe.

But here’s the paradox no one talks about:

👉 Healing doesn’t respond to hustle.
