Winston and I had a great time at the virtual Animal Chiropractic Freedom Rally — a movement to protect and advance animal chiropractic legislation.

This event was hosted for charity to support law reform and raised $22000!

Access to animal chiropractic care is still limited by outdated or restrictive laws in many states. This event helped raise funds and awareness for animal chiropractic law reform, helping protect practitioners and expand access for the animals and families who need animal chiropractic care.

ALL animals deserve direct access to chiropractic care provided by properly trained and certified chiropractors and veterinarians.

A Cavapoo and a Cane Corso walk into a bar… wait we mean the vet!

This week Dr. Lacy and Winston joined Limerick Hill Canines for Puppy Play & Learn.

This is where puppies learn appropriate social skills in a safe, clean environment and build positive feelings about the vet’s office while owners learn how to help support their puppy and moderate play!

Socialization is crucial for puppies because it helps shape how they see and interact with the world during their most important developmental stages. Positive exposure to new people, animals, environments, sounds, and experiences helps puppies grow into confident, well-adjusted dogs rather than fearful or reactive ones.

Well-socialized puppies are typically easier to train, adapt better to change, and are less likely to develop anxiety or behavior issues later in life. Early socialization sets the foundation for a happy, safe companion who can handle everyday situations with curiosity instead of stress. 🐾

7 year old Lena was having trouble getting up the stairs, climbing onto the couch and into bed, and was limping on her back left leg. Lena’s veterinarian recommended trying chiropractic.

⏭️ after the first visit, she was climbing onto the couch and the limping had resolved.
⏭️⏭️ after the second visit, she started climbing onto the bed again! (She even wags her tail at the end of her visit!)
