I am co-owner of a day spa in the Shadyside/east liberty area. We need a Part-time Salon Receptionist.
Must Have Front Desk Experience.
A Good Fit: Reliable. Outgoing. Professional. Mature Multi-tasker with a Magnetic Personality, Excellent Phone Acumen, and a little Marketing Savvy. No smokers, thanks.
Availability Sundays 9:30-4:30, Tuesdays 9:30-5:30, some Saturdays 9:00-5:00.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Professional, competent and friendly front desk presence which lends itself to a positive client experience, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering email, texting Massage Therapists, cashing out and rescheduling clients, light data entry, filing, restocking supplies, laundry, light cleaning, helping Massage Therapists get ready for incoming appointments if necessary.

An enthusiastic curiosity about Massage Therapy and willingness to learn about the various modalities used at our location, and familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Excel and Mind/Body software a PLUS.

Life Insurance benefit is offered after 90-days of employment.
