We are a non-medical home care agency built on dignity, integrity, and service—dedicated to supporting individuals in maintaining independence, safety, and quality of life at home and in the community.

Our services and programs are designed to meet people where they are and include:
• Non-medical in-home care for individuals 18+
• Act 150 services
• Private Pay and Long-Term Care Insurance support
• Respite care for family caregivers
• Transportation assistance
• CPR training for caregivers and community members
• Caregiver support groups
• Educational classes and wound care education
• Beauty, health, and wellness workshops
• Resources and guidance for caregivers and seniors
• Community outreach, volunteer services, and partnerships with organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Association and other local agencies
• Free community CPR classes for senior high-rises and Personal Care Living communities
• Engagement activities and events for nursing homes and senior high-rise communities

A Helping Hand for Caregivers
💪🏾Caring for those who care for others.

Sometimes caregivers give so much of themselves that they forget to take care of their own hearts.
This volunteer program offers free, short relief visits twice a month for those caring for loved ones at home who aren’t part of any waiver or paid home-care program and just need a little break.

Because every caregiver deserves to breathe, rest, and smile again. 💛

There’s a difference between age-related changes and signs of Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

Age-related changes:
▪️ Forgetting what day it is occasionally, but figuring it out later
▪️ Wanting to stay home and rest instead of venturing out
▪️ Vision changes due to cataracts or a new prescription for eyewear

Disease-related symptoms:
▪️ Completely losing track of the day or season. Forgetting where you are & how you got there
▪️ Stopping hobbies you love due to forgetfulness or difficulty completing the tasks
▪️ Difficulty understanding what you’re seeing
