The article, โ€œThe CHART Model: A Framework for Holistic Admissions Reviewer Training in Physical Therapy Education,โ€ co-authored by ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐ƒ๐š๐ฏ๐ž ๐–๐ž๐ซ๐ญ, introduces a structured, evidence-informed approach to improving consistency, reliability, and equity in the admissions review process. The CHART model emphasizes reviewer training, calibration, and continuous quality improvementโ€”key components in supporting holistic admissions and reducing bias.

The discussion explores key factors associated with the progression of rotator cuff tear size and patient-reported outcomes.

The episode also emphasizes the value of physical therapy as a first-line approach for managing symptomatic rotator cuff tears, particularly those limited to the supraspinatus. Additionally, the conversation spotlighted our DPT studentsโ€™ Performance Improvement Project, showcasing the meaningful contributions of our learners to advancing clinical practice.
