We love our volunteers! ❤
Whether they're delivering Mollie’s Meals to homebound seniors, visiting with therapy pets, or assisting with activities like gardening, our volunteers are an important part of so many JAA programs.

But did you know that volunteering can actually be good for your health?

In this week’s Pittsburgh Jewish Chronicle, Sharyn Rubin, JAA’s Director of Resident and Community Services, shares the powerful ways volunteering benefits both the volunteers and the people they serve.

Interested in volunteering at the JAA? Call 412-521-1171, email srubin@jaapgh.org, or visit jaapgh.org/volunteer

Volunteering can be particularly beneficial for older adults as a way to foster healthy aging.
