Thought I was just climbing driftwood for the aesthetic…
Turns out it was a full-body workout 😅

forgot ☠️ 🥴to bring my yoga mat that day and had to use what was available. I thought: well this log is wide enough…. It wasn’t🥴 and I didn’t account for really strong winds…😆💨💨💨 but I stayed , because I didn’t come to the beach just for tan lines (😏)

Core: engaged
Balance: challenged
Mind: quiet

Beach days can be practice too☀️
This is my kind of “relaxing”:)

Mat Pilates, but make it simple.

All you need: your body + a block.
At home. On your time.

Small props, intentional movement, deep core activation—
this is where strength is built from the inside out.
Mat Pilates + a block =
deeper core engagement
better control
more burn (in the best way)

If you know… you know.

That moment at the end of class
when the hip opener hits
and suddenly it’s not just physical anymore.
A lot of emotions float up to the surface but we don’t skip it,
we breathe through it and stay curious and open. Hip openers are integral part of each yoga class.
At first we are met with resistance, restlessness and discomfort. However the moment you incorporate Ujjayi breath your body naturally starts to feel safer and calmer. We learn to soften instead of control and in that moment of complete surrender we meet ourselves.
