Who should take this anonymous survey? ✅ People who receive support of any kind from a Supports Coordina-tor (SC) who some people call a case manager or case worker. ✅ Family members of people who receive support of any kind from an SC.

Results will help measure if people & their families have the info & support they need when and how they need it. Your answers will help improvements be made by the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) and local service partners.

Tender Loving Home Health Care is seeking Compassionate Direct Support Professionals

Locations are: Green Tree, Squirrel Hill, Crafton, Murrysville and Delmont PA.

We offer: Full and Part time Hours, Daylight, Overnight and Weekend Shifts, Flexible Schedules, Competitive Pay, PTO, Weekly Direct Deposit, and Training.

Pay Rate is $15 M- F, $16 for Saturday and Sunday. Most shifts are 12 hours- Work 3 days and get the rest of the week off!

Our mission is to provide a meaningful life and treat people with dignity. We believe that applies to the people in our residential program as well as their dedicated Direct Support professionals.
