Today is World Book Day! Today is a global celebration of reading, authors, and illustrators, to promote reading for pleasure.

Community LIFE ran a book drive in the month of March so that we could stock our center libraries with fresh, engaging books for our participants.

Thought leadership in action!

Randy Hebert, MD, MPH, Medical Director at Community LIFE, joined a distinguished panel at the 34th Annual Clinical Update in Geriatric Medicine to discuss innovative approaches to aging care. Alongside Shirley Williams, MSW, and Lyn Weinberg, MD, the session—“Choose Your Own Aging Adventure: PACE, GUIDE, and Other Home Based Models of Care”—highlighted timely solutions shaping the future of geriatric care.

Today is Earth Day! This global event is dedicated to environmental protection and awareness. Initiated in 1970 to protest pollution, it now engages over a billion people in nearly 200 countries through activities like planting trees, cleaning up neighborhoods, and promoting sustainability.
