I think people assume I wake up like…
✨ emotionally regulated
✨ perfectly balanced
✨ drinking tea and journaling at sunrise
Meanwhile I’m over here like:
“Why did I open the fridge again?”
“Did I just reheat my coffee for the 4th time?”
“Am I healing… or just tired?”
😂
Let me say this clearly:
You do NOT have to have it all together to be growing.
You can be healing…
and still overwhelmed.
You can be strong…
and still need a nap and a snack.
You can be doing the work…
and still feel like “what is going on???”
That’s not failure.
That’s being human.
So today’s goal?
👉 Do ONE thing that helps you feel a little more like yourself again.
