Lavender is one of the most versatile and most loved oils! I use it regularly on my dogs to help calm their reactiveness. I simply put a drop on my hands, rub them together, and then pet them. It really helps!

Here’s a DIY roller blend I adore during wintertime! Combine 5 drops doTERRA On Guard, 4 drops Frankincense, and 3 drops Lemon in a roller bottle with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Roll it on your wrists, the bottoms of your feet, or along your spine.

It’s a staple in my routine year-round, especially during the winter months for that extra grounding aroma and skin boost. When it’s been too many days since I’ve seen the sun, I pop some Frankincense into the diffuser and do a meditation exercise.
