💛🧑‍⚕️ National Caregivers Day — February 20, 2026 💐

Today we honor and celebrate National Caregivers Day, a special day dedicated to recognizing the compassion, dedication, and tireless work of caregivers everywhere. Whether they are professional caregivers or family members providing support to loved ones, their role is essential in keeping our communities healthy and cared for.

Caregivers help with everything from personal care and daily tasks to emotional support and medical needs — often juggling these responsibilities with their own lives. Many give their time selflessly, and many do it without compensation, making their contributions even more remarkable.

✨ Ways to show appreciation:
• Say a heartfelt “thank you” 📝
• Write a note of appreciation 💌
• Offer help with errands or chores 🧹
• Share their story to spread awareness 📣
• Simply let them know they are seen and valued 💖

To all the caregivers — your strength, patience, and love make a world of difference. Today and every day, we thank you. 💕👏

Today isn’t just Valentine’s Day — it’s National Donor Day, a special day dedicated to spreading awareness about the lifesaving power of donation and honoring the generosity of donors everywhere. ❤️💉🫀👁️

National Donor Day highlights the importance of organ, eye, tissue, blood, platelets, and marrow donation and how one person’s decision to give can save or heal countless lives. 🌟 Did you know that by registering as a donor, you could help up to 8 people through organ donation and many more through tissue and blood donation?

👉 How you can make a difference:
• Register as an organ, eye or tissue donor
• Donate blood or marrow
• Share this message to raise awareness
• Talk with your family about what donation means to you

Today we celebrate selfless donors, honor those who have received the gift of life, and remember those still waiting. Awareness and action can change lives. ❤️✨

📢 January 23 is Maternal Health Awareness Day! 💙

Today we stand with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) to raise awareness about maternal health and the ongoing maternal mortality crisis in the U.S. This year’s theme — “Holding Ground on Maternal Health” — highlights the urgent need to continue making progress in preventing avoidable deaths and improving care for pregnant and postpartum people.

Did you know that more than 80% of pregnancy-related deaths are preventable with better access to care, earlier detection of risks, and evidence-based treatment?

👩‍⚕️ On Maternal Health Awareness Day, we:
✔️ Raise awareness of the causes of maternal deaths
✔️ Support equitable access to prenatal & postpartum care
✔️ Advocate for policies that protect mothers and families
✔️ Share resources to help pregnant and postpartum people stay safe and healthy 💪

Let’s honor moms and caregivers by spreading the word, supporting one another, and working toward safer pregnancies and births for everyone. 💙
