Journal entry from 13 years ago. I found the most beneficial healing modality that I ever encountered. The float tank was the single best tool to help heal and recover my body. I still stand by that today. If you’re not floating here, float somewhere. If you give it the time and practice any worthy activity requires it will pay you back in dividends.
