Dry January offers an opportunity to reflect on alcohol use and how it affects mental and emotional health. For some people, stepping away from alcohol can lead to better sleep, improved mood, sharper focus, and overall wellness. For others, it may surface challenges that emphasize the need for structure, coping tools, and support.

Approaching the month with intention and realistic expectations can make the process more manageable. This link shares evidence-based guidance to support awareness and success throughout Dry January: https://ow.ly/f5EY50XRZ5O

Support plays a critical role in behavioral health. Whether someone is taking a short break or considering a longer-term change, access to care and guidance can promote healthier outcomes. Share this with someone participating in Dry January or seeking trusted information.
