What a spooktacular October it's been for our AHN Prehospital Response Team (PRU)! πŸŽƒπŸ‘»
Our dedicated team has been busy across the communities we serve, engaging in Trunk or Treats, Open Houses, and a multitude of other public relations events.
It's been truly fantastic to have the opportunity to interact with our community members and strengthen our invaluable partnerships with the public safety professionals we work alongside every day. These events are so important for building connections and fostering a safer, healthier community.
These photos capture just a handful of the memorable moments we've shared this month. From handing out treats to educating on safety, our PRU goes above and beyond!
And remember, as one of our paramedics proved this month, if you can be anybody, be Batman! πŸ˜‰ We're proud to have heroes like these on our team!

Inspiring the next generation of healthcare heroes!
πŸšπŸš‘ Last night, AHN Forbes Hospital and the AHN Forbes Trauma Team had the pleasure of hosting an explorer group of high school students from the Scouting America Westmoreland-Fayette Council. Students from Franklin Regional, Hempfield, Norwin, Penn Hills, and Penn Trafford High Schools joined us to learn all about Prehospital Care Services, trauma services, and the extensive healthcare capabilities available at AHN Forbes.
It was an incredible opportunity for these bright young minds to explore potential career pathways within the medical field and discover various healthcare specialties. We loved seeing their enthusiasm and curiosity!
A huge thank you to our amazing teams from LifeFlight, Critical Care Transport, AHN EMS, and AHN's Prehospital Response Team, AHN PCS, Forbes MedComm and AHN Forbes Trauma for engaging with the students and sharing their expertise. Your dedication to educating and inspiring is truly appreciated!
