If it’s meant for you, it will keep calling—even now 💗

Even in doctor’s offices.

Even in moments of fear.

Even when life doesn’t look anything like you planned.

A diagnosis doesn’t erase who you are or what your life can still become. You are still allowed to dream, to hope, to laugh, to plan for a future that is yours.

This chapter is hard—but it’s not the end of your story.

If you’re in this fight, you belong here.

Follow for real talk, support, and a community that truly understands 🤍

Some days breast cancer changes your body.

Some days it changes your plans.

But it should NEVER make you forget this:

You are still worthy of love — especially from yourself. 🎀

If you’re learning how to love the version of you that survived, this is your reminder today:

💕 the woman in the mirror is STILL someone to be proud of!

Good morning to the women silently carrying battles no one else can see. ☁️💗

To the ones waiting on scans.

To the ones healing from treatment.

To the ones trying to smile while carrying fear.

This is your reminder today:

you do not have to be fearless to be strong.

Sometimes strength looks like getting out of bed.

Sometimes strength looks like tears.

Sometimes strength looks like simply choosing to keep going.

And that is enough.

Good morning, beautiful warriors. 🌿

Some mornings your body feels strong.

Some mornings it feels heavy.

And some mornings just opening your eyes feels like courage.

No matter what today looks like for you, please remember this:

you are still healing, still fighting, and still incredibly powerful. 💗

Be gentle with yourself today.

Healing is not always loud — sometimes it looks like simply making it through the morning.

Sometimes the diagnosis you never saw coming becomes the community you never knew you’d need. 💗

Breast cancer may have introduced us in the hardest way, but it also connected us to women who understand the fear, the scans, the waiting, and the strength it takes to keep showing up.

If breast cancer brought you here, just know — you are not walking this road alone anymore.

Drop a 💕 if this community has helped you feel seen.

Even if treatment changed your body, your schedule, or your plans — showing up for yourself in any way still counts. 💗

To my breast cancer warriors here in Pittsburgh, the surrounding neighborhoods, and every visitor in town for draft week — if you needed this reminder today, this is it:
you do not have to do it perfectly, you just have to keep showing up.

Some days that looks like strength.
Some days that looks like survival.
Both deserve to be honored.

Pittsburgh may be busy this week, but your healing still matters here too. 🖤💗

Some days in survivorship look like strength.

Some days it looks like simply getting out of bed.

And both count.

Low energy days can feel frustrating when your heart wants to do more than your body can handle — but healing was never meant to be rushed.

Your body is not failing you.

It is asking you to listen. 💗

If today all you did was rest, breathe, and make it through the day… that is enough.

Drop a 🩷 if your body has ever asked you to slow down too.

Some days in this breast cancer journey, you don't even recognize the woman you're becoming.

But healing has a way of turning pain into power, fear into faith, and survival into a version of you that is softer... yet stronger than ever before.

To my Pittsburgh warriors — you are not just getting through this.

You are becoming someone even cancer cannot break.

• If you're still fighting, still healing, or still learning how to live after diagnosis, this is your reminder:

Becoming is better than being.

9 Pittsburgh sisters, comment "STRONG" so our local survivor community can find each other.

Sunday reminder for the woman in Pittsburgh carrying faith through the hardest battles — your diagnosis may have changed your life, but it did not change who holds your future. 🤍

Some of us walked into this season scared, exhausted, and unsure…
but we are still here.
Still standing.
Still believing.
And still letting God write the next chapter.

To every breast cancer warrior in Western Pennsylvania and beyond:
you are not walking into this Sunday alone.

“Off to praise the Lord… even while healing.”

If you’re claiming peace over your healing today, comment “AMEN” so our community can pray with you. ✨

Some people survived cancer… and still can’t stop people-pleasing.

The moment I realized healing wasn’t just about my body — it was about finally stopping the habit of saying yes to things that were slowly breaking me.

Breast cancer taught me that protecting your peace is not selfish.

It’s survival. 💗

If this season has taught you to choose yourself more, this is your reminder:

“No” can save you too.

Some days after breast cancer, the hardest part isn’t the treatment people saw…

it’s learning how to love the version of yourself that had to survive it. 🌸

You may not feel like the same woman you were before.

But the woman you are now?

She is softer.

Stronger.

Wiser.

And still worthy of a beautiful life.

If you’re rebuilding yourself after cancer, this is your reminder:

You are still allowed to love yourself while you heal.

Some days faith feels strong.

Some days it sounds more like:

“Lord, I believe… help my unbelief.”

Because breast cancer can make even the strongest woman question everything she thought she could carry.

And maybe that’s what faith really looks like —
not never breaking, but whispering “God, stay with me” in the middle of the breaking. 🎀

If this is where you are right now, you are still held.
