Sometimes the pain we go through isn’t the end of our story… it’s the beginning of someone else’s survival. šŸ’—

Breast cancer didn’t just change my body.
It changed my purpose.

The sleepless nights.
The fear before scans.
The scars.
The treatments.
The tears no one saw.

But somewhere in the middle of all that pain…
God gave me something bigger — the ability to understand another woman’s fight.

And if my story can help even one person feel less alone, then every battle had meaning.

If you’re fighting breast cancer, surviving it, or loving someone who is — you belong here. šŸ¤

She didn’t choose the battle…
but she chose to fight anyway.

To the women doing chemo with mascara on.
To the women losing hair but never losing faith.
To the women raising babies while raising hell against cancer.
To the women rebuilding their bodies and their confidence.

You are not fragile.
You are forged.

Happy International Women’s Day to the warriors who turned pain into power. šŸ’›

Tag a fighter. Tag a survivor. Tag yourself.
Because you deserve to be celebrated.

Some people wake up and hit snooze.

But when you’ve faced cancer… waking up is different.

It’s not just another morning.
It’s proof you’re still here.
Still breathing.
Still fighting.
Still living a life you once feared might be taken from you.

Every sunrise after diagnosis becomes sacred.
Every deep breath becomes a victory.
Every ordinary day becomes a miracle.

If you woke up today…
that means your story isn’t over yet.

It means there is still love to give, memories to make, and strength inside you that the world hasn’t even seen yet.

Cancer tried to rewrite our ending.
But warriors wake up and write a new chapter.

And today…
we choose to live it. šŸŒ…šŸ’—

Drop a šŸ’— if you woke up today ready to LIVE, not just survive.

Follow for daily strength, hope, and reminders that you are never fighting alone.

Your liver does a lot more than people realize.
It filters toxins, processes medications, balances hormones, and helps your body recover during and after treatment.

For those of us who have walked through breast cancer… supporting our liver isn’t optional — it’s part of healing.

These foods help your body detox naturally and support overall wellness:

🄬 Leafy greens
šŸ§„ Garlic
🌿 Turmeric
🫐 Berries
šŸ„‘ Avocado
🐟 Fatty fish
šŸµ Green tea
🄦 Cruciferous vegetables
🌰 Walnuts
ā¤ļø Beets

Small choices add up. Every meal can be a step toward rebuilding strength.

Your body has carried you through so much.
Now we nourish it back.

If you’re a survivor, thriver, or currently fighting — drop a šŸ’— in the comments so we can support each other.

Follow for healing tips, survivor support, and daily reminders that you are not alone in this fight.

Discipline looks boring… until you see what it builds.

For us, discipline looked like:
• showing up to chemo when our bodies were exhausted
• taking medications we never wanted to need
• rebuilding strength when cancer tried to take everything
• choosing hope on days that felt impossible

Nobody claps for the quiet battles.
Nobody sees the discipline behind survival.

But one day you look back and realize…

All those hard days built a warrior.

Cancer didn’t just test us.
It revealed what we’re made of.

If you’re still fighting, healing, or rebuilding —
this is your reminder that discipline today becomes survival tomorrow.

And survival becomes a life you once prayed for. šŸŽ—ļøšŸ’—

Warriors, drop a šŸ’— if you’re still showing up for yourself even on the hard days.

Follow for daily strength, real stories, and reminders that no warrior fights alone.

The world will try to convince you that your worth comes from what you can give…

Your time.
Your energy.
Your body.
Your strength.

But cancer taught me something different.

You are still worthy even when you’re tired.
Even when you’re healing.
Even when you’re fighting battles nobody else can see.

You don’t owe the world constant strength.
You don’t owe people access to every piece of you.

Protect your peace. Protect your healing.

Because right now your only job is to survive… and that is more than enough. šŸ¤

If you’re choosing yourself in this season, comment:

They say wear green for luck.

I wear my scars.

Because surviving cancer taught me luck isn’t random—it’s waking up, breathing deep, and getting another March I once wasn’t promised. ā˜˜ļø

This month isn’t about shamrocks for me.

It’s about second chances.

It’s about the bodies that endured chemo, surgeries, radiation, and fear… and are still standing.

It’s about every warrior who didn’t feel lucky—but fought anyway.

If you’re reading this in the middle of treatment, remission, recurrence, or grief… you are someone’s miracle—including your own.

This March, we don’t just wear green.
We honor the strength it took to stay.

ā˜˜ļø Comment ā€œI’m still hereā€ if cancer tried to take you—but didn’t.

ā˜˜ļø Tag a warrior who deserves to be reminded how strong they are.

ā˜˜ļø Follow for the ones who understand this fight.

March is the month where something shifts.
Quietly. Gently. Without asking permission.

After everything you survived… the pain, the waiting, the fear…
you deserve a softer chapter.
Not because life suddenly got easier —
but because you got stronger.

Let this be the month miracles find you. 🌸

If you’re walking into March carrying hope, drop a 🌸 below.

Most women are never told this…

Dense breasts can hide cancer.
Your mammogram can look ā€œnormalā€ā€¦ and something can still be there.

I was never taught to ask about my breast density.
I was never told it could increase risk.
I was never told screening isn’t one-size-fits-all.

This is why awareness matters.
This is why early detection conversations matter.
This is why we speak up—not to scare each other, but to protect each other.

Ask your doctor:
ā€œDo I have dense breast tissue?ā€
That one question could change everything.

Save this. Share this. It could help another woman catch something earlier.
Follow for real education, survivor truth, and support. šŸ¤

Some days, doing your best means just getting out of bed.

Some days, it means showing up to chemo, smiling through scans, or holding yourself together when fear tries to take over.

God never asked you to carry it all alone.

Your job is to keep going.

His job is to carry what you can’t.

If you’re fighting something heavy right now…

this is your reminder:

You are not weak for needing God.

You are strong for still standing.

Comment ā€œAMENā€ if you’re trusting Him with the parts that hurt the most. šŸ¤

Follow for daily strength, faith, and reminders that you’re never alone.
