And we are back!!!

Excited to announce that True Blue will be officially setting up Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at the CrossFit Athletics in the South Side starting this month.
I am grateful for this opportunity and all my wonderful clients and friends who have been so supportive and by my side through all the ups and downs and changes.
The last couple of years surely have been a whirlwind for all of us. Even so, I was able to be part of something new, learn new skills and meet amazing people. Taking a break from my practice also showed me how much it truly is part of me and remembering how important and deep it is to take care of our bodies.
I am excited for this new journey and I invite you to be part of it!

The sky is grey... this whole not working situation sucks....

Despite all of that, nature is glowing....
Birds singing their songs....
A softness and beauty that touches the soul and expands the heart.

PRACTICING PRECAUTION - due to the current circumstances True Blue will be closed until further notice (at least the next couple of weeks)
Things are changing daily and we need to adapt. Never would I have imagined seeing something like this in my lifetime but it just shows ANYTHING can happen at ANYTIME....
