Odette’s Corner Table (OCT) is a new Soup for Hope brand created to turn everyday purchases into meaningful impact.

OCT is about gathering — around a table, a conversation, and a cause. Through thoughtfully designed products, we’re creating ways for people to support ovarian cancer awareness, education, and research simply by choosing what they use and wear.

Every product from Odette’s Corner Table is rooted in:
• Purpose over trends
• Story over slogans
• Impact beyond the purchase

A corner table is where real conversations happen — and OCT is our way of bringing those conversations into homes, offices, and communities while directly supporting the mission of Soup for Hope.

Ovarian Cancer: Hope Through Better Detection 💙

Often called the “silent killer,” ovarian cancer has a ~90% 5-year survival rate when caught early—but only ~20% when diagnosed late.

The challenge? Early symptoms are subtle, and current blood tests aren’t perfect.

The hope? New breakthroughs are changing that.

✨ In 2025, researchers developed a new blood test using proteins, lipids, and AI that detects early-stage ovarian cancer with over 90% accuracy in symptomatic women—far better than existing tools.

As we close out the year, I keep thinking about how unpredictable it’s been — one day we’re solving one problem, the next day something changes and we’re adapting again.

As 2025 comes to a close, I’m reflecting on what it took to keep building Soup for Hope through six months of constant change. What carried us wasn’t a perfect plan — it was people and heart.

Soup for Hope exists for moments like this. When people feel overlooked, scared, or stuck, we show up with care, resources, and advocacy — and we do it together.

To everyone who donated, volunteered, shared a post, made an introduction, or sent encouragement: thank you. Your support has been fuel. You are part of the hope we’re building.

Two milestones I’m especially grateful for as we head into 2026:

Our first meeting with a leading healthcare partner in Pittsburgh is officially set — a meaningful step toward deeper collaboration for families navigating cancer.

“Throws of Hope” is underway with Jaipur Living — bringing comfort, design, and purpose together in a tangible way.

Small actions add up. Community care is powerful. I’m grateful for you — and ready for what we build next.

This really resonates. My mother was a lifelong Girl Scout, reminding me how to do things on my own, and that foundation of service shaped her work in Western Pennsylvania. Through The Art Institutes, we often worked closely with the Girl Scouts — a reminder that mission-driven leadership starts early and shows up everywhere.
