Chiropractic isn’t a “quick fix”. It’s more of a lifestyle.

In a world of 2 day deliveries, we expect (and, realistically, want) everything to happen quickly. Like yesterday.

But in reality, even if you woke up this morning and can’t more your neck because you “slept wrong”, that problem was likely bubbling up in the background for a while. It just took you sleeping awkwardly for it to show up.

The point: you didn’t start feeling this way over night. Your issue more than likely won’t be fixed over night either.

Yes, getting adjusted can help resolve your symptoms. But it also can help you STAY well.

One of the primary reasons patients seek out chiropractic care is for pain.

But it goes so much deeper than that.

You can’t get on the floor to play with your kids.
You can’t sit at your desk to work without thinking about how your back hurts.
You can’t run, golf, practice yoga, or play pickle ball.
You can’t sleep well.
You can’t look over your shoulder while you’re driving.

The reality is so many of our patients come to us BECAUSE they can’t do these exact things, not simply because something “hurts”.

They come to chiropractic because it gets them out of pain.

But they stay because it keeps them well.

Being a patient in our office pretty much guarantees you’ll get “homework” at some point.

There’s no doubt that the adjustments you receive during your appointment are powerful in moving the needle toward pain-free wellness, but those exercises and stretches we give you are kind of like the icing on the cake.

The combination is basically a cheat code to helping your body re-learn what it means to be pain-free and functioning as optimally as possible.

That’s a combination we like. 😉
