FluidMotion Pittsburgh offers an amazingly unique opportunity for fun and fitness on the water. Whether you are looking for an all levels floating yoga or fitness class or would like to bond with your furry friend in a SUP with your PUP class, there are options available for everyone. You can even join us for a Full Moon Floating Yoga class or plan your bachelorette party with a SUP and SIP. A portion of all classes are donated to local animal shelter and rescue organizations who work tirelessly to find loving families for homeless pets.

If I have one piece of advice to give you all about what to search for in your quest for What Next, it’s to find where the line blurs between hard work and happiness for you. To find that thing where working hard at it makes you happy, and where you’re happy to work hard at it.

Today is a good day. Tomorrow will be a good day. Next Thursday will be a good day. Next Month will be a good month. Because I love what I am working hard for. The freedom to be me, unapologetically. To live life on my terms. To be exactly where I want to be at any given moment. Creating a life without regrets.

You just have to decide. The best YES ever. Every morning is a new chance to choose happy. It’s up to you. 🤍
