Yoga points toward something deeper than the physical practice.
Over time, attention turns inward, and practice becomes a way to understand yourself with more clarity. The process is steady, and the insight builds gradually.
A path you return to, again and again.

After the effort, there is space to slow down.
Post-Marathon Yin is designed to support recovery through longer holds, gentle release, and time to rest the body after the race. A steady practice that helps ease tension and bring things back into balance.
Join us at Yoga Factory Lawrenceville at 12pm and Yoga Factory Squirrel Hill at 4:30pm.
Come as you are and take the time your body needs.

Starting can feel like a big step, and returning after time away can feel the same.
At our schools, you will see people learning, pausing, resting, and finding their rhythm again. There is no expectation to keep up or perform. Practice is something you build slowly, with guidance and support along the way.
Whether it is your first class or your first class in a while, there is space for you to begin again.

That kind of morning you don’t rush out of. ☕✨
People hanging around, conversations going, energy still soft from practice. It just keeps unfolding in a really easy way, and suddenly you’re glad you stayed.
Buzz & Brew happens most Sundays at 11 a.m., right after class at Yoga Hive Garfield / East Liberty.
These are the moments that stick.

A lasting practice needs the right kind of space. ✨
At our schools, the focus is on consistency, structure, and guidance that supports you over time. Classes follow a clear approach you can return to, teachers bring years of dedicated practice and study, and there is room to keep learning through workshops, trainings, and shared experience.
The environment is grounded, the expectations are clear, and the community shows up to do the work together.
A place to build something that lasts.

Earth Day is a reminder that practice can connect us more deeply to the world around us.
Breath, light, stillness, and attention all bring us back to something simple. This same approach will carry into our upcoming retreat in Costa Rica, guided by the three of us in this photo, with time set aside for practice, reflection, and being close to nature.
A quiet way to return to what is steady.
Details are available if you are interested in joining. Link in the first comment.

Yoga points toward connection that goes beyond the physical practice.
Over time, repetition and attention can create a clearer sense of how you relate to yourself, your surroundings, and the space you move through each day.
A steady way to return to something more connected.

Stress builds quietly, and it softens the same way.
April is a reminder to slow things down, return to your breath, and keep your practice simple and steady. Small moments of attention can support how you move through the rest of your day.
At our schools, this is something we come back to together.
