Happy Winter Solstice ❄️ the dakest day of the year, if your feelin the winter blues dont fret, the days start to get brighter after today ☀️

How can we help?
- nourish the Kidney system through acupressure, like rubbing the ears, lower back and stomping the feet. check my previous reels.
- listen to nature and prioritize quality rest.
- avoid excess sweating during this time of year.
- meditate daily, practice Qigong and Yin yoga.
- eat regular meals, don't skip breakfast and eat lighter at night.
- eat naturally salty foods like bone broth, bone marrow, sustainable seafoods, sardines, seaweed.
- eat foods that are cooked low and slow like congee, stews, broths, porridges.
- go to bed earlier and rise later with the sun.
- keep the feet, lower back, neck and belly warm.
- consume red dates, goji berries, black sesame seeds, mulberries, du chong - i make all of these single herbs in tincture form for easy consumption.
