Good morning, Wellness Friends!

Its very interesting how fast young children can absorb, learn and grow from birth.

As a parent it's important for our children to try everything possible at an early age. They are more curious and are willing to at least try once.

Every morning no matter the weather, if I'm headed to work then I have to stop at Cheshire Lake.

The peace that comes from here fills my soul to help calm me for whatever is stirring in my day.

This is a great starter chicken coop. You can move it every few days to allow the chickens to work each inch of your property while maintaining your insects like ticks. Plus they add to the fertilization of your soil for years to come.

Are you feeling like every day is just the same, "blah, blah, blah" day?

Think about it for a couple minutes. Are you just getting thru each day hoping your life changes?

I'm not any better than you BUT together we can take 1 step forward today, breath a positive vibe and take 1 more step forward in order to gain enough momentum to feel a daily accomplishment.

Working with people every day to help with their focus, pain and depression. We all need help in some way because we feed our selves "happiness" thru different channels like food, alcohol, drugs or other ways to mask our emotions because we don't want others to know just how screwed up we actually feel.

Start investing in yourself and are your "happiness" today whether you start exercising, quit smoking to***co maybe schedule 15 mins each day to find your peace by reading outside or learning to meditate.

Plants for the most part are easy to maintain but always incorporate hydrogen peroxide. It will help your plant BUT the peroxide will kill fungus and bacteria too.
