Her kindness and compassion extend far beyond greetings. She has a gift for making every person feel valued—whether it’s a resident, a family member, or a coworker. One of the most touching traditions she has created is personally delivering a small treat to every resident on their birthday. It’s not just a treat, it’s a moment of connection, a way of saying, you matter, and we celebrate you. These gestures, though small, leave a lasting impact and remind us why we do what we do.

Her dedication is not measured only in years, but in the countless smiles she has inspired and the comfort she has brought to others. She is a shining example of what it means to serve with heart.
