If you sit at a desk you need this exercise!
Wall slides
Start with your feet hip width apart. Heels, butt, shoulder blades, head and arms should all be touching the wall. Keeping the shoulder blades, arms, and hands against the wall slide the arms along the wall, trying to touch the hands together above your head, stop at the point one of the body parts starts to lift away from the wall, hold there for 5sec, slowly release and repeat 6-8x.
Do this everyday to improve upper body posture and reduce negative effects from desk/computer work.

These structures are all interrelated and one cannot be affected without effecting the other. The muscle acts upon the joint and a hypomobilized and irritated joint effects the function of the muscle. Utilizing various modalities and treatment methods to address both, gets you feeling better as quickly as possible and reduces the reoccurrence of injury.

1 dash maple syrup
1 1/2tsp ground chia seeds
1tbs peanut butter
1/2c frozen cherries
1c baby spinach
1/2-3/4c plant/nut milk
