Surgeon ergonomics is finally getting the attention it deserves.

A recent American College of Surgeons feature highlights a reality many in the OR already know: more than 80% of surgeons experience work-related musculoskeletal pain, often affecting the neck, back, shoulders, and arms. Over time, that strain can lead to burnout, injury, and even shortened careers.

The article calls out a critical shift underway.
