November 11th is a Special Day to Remember All Who Have Served.

Today we proudly recognize Tom Rawlings for his extraordinary service to our country. DinamicOR feels extremely fortunate to have a colleague with his experience:
Tom served over 25 years in the Army Nurse Corps where he had an array of assignments.
Tom is still an active member of the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) and has been invited for several podium and poster presentations for the AORN Surgical Expo. He was one of the first fifty in the country to receive the Clinical Nurse Specialist Perioperative Certification credential (CNS-CP) designation from CCI. Tom is considered a subject matter expert in perioperative nursing by the Army which awarded him the 9A designation and also inducted him into the Order of Military Medical Merit (O2M3). He is still sought out by industry and professional publications for consultation on perioperative and nursing leadership matters.

To Tom and Veterans everywhere, Thank You For Your Service.
