Crushing goals and more!
Ali has been a dream of a client. She consistently hits her macros every single week and doesnt deprive herself of the foods she loves. Yes she does CrossFit but she got these results from her food, and not working out like a fiend. She has exceeded her goal weight and now we’re working on getting her back to maintenance calories.
