In its entirety, the main goal of Americare Home Solutions is to help an individual live as comfortably, safely, and independently as possible.
-The client will receive assistance in all areas of living as needed, while maintaining dignity at all times.
-Each client will be assessed and cared for, based upon their individual wants and needs.
-We will provide opportunities for seniors in nursing homes and discharging from hospitals to safely return their home and community.
-We will provide home care services and training sufficient to ensure the client and their caregiver the assumption of personal responsibility for health and personal needs.
-We will develop and maintain a strong culture of employee satisfactions; an environment where employees feel appreciated and valued.
-We will provide educational opportunities within the health care system for employees through an ongoing participation in home care organizations.
-We will support our growth in Homecare Services and maintain a strong financial foundation.
