Before you label it as lack of willpower… read this 👇

Your body is actually really smart.
Cravings are often signals, not problems.

Here’s what they might be telling you:

• Sugar cravings → you may need more protein or stable blood sugar throughout the day
• Salty cravings → your body could be low on minerals (hello electrolytes)
• Chocolate cravings → often linked to magnesium needs or stress support
• Carb cravings at night → could be under-eating earlier in the day

Did you know your mouth bacteria may actually help your heart?

Emerging research shows that indiscriminate use of antibacterial mouthwash could disrupt the natural balance of your oral microbiome. Some of these bacteria play an important role in converting dietary nitrates into nitric oxide, a molecule that helps regulate blood pressure and supports healthy blood vessels.
