The Longest Day is the day with the most light — the summer solstice. On June 21, people from across the world will fight the darkness of Alzheimer's through a fundraising activity of their choice.

Northstar is proud to announce we have once again joined the fight against Alzheimer’s as a Global Team for The Longest Day®, a fundraising and awareness event of the Alzheimer’s Association®. Participation in The Longest Day will help advance Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. Together, the strength of our light will outshine the darkness of Alzheimer’s.

Their love is 65 years strong!

Malcom "Mac" and Sue McDougall celebrated their 65th anniversary at the community on Valentine's Day!

They met on November 11, 1956. They got engaged on prom night and then married on Valentine's Day, February 14, 1958.

Happy Anniversary, Mac and Sue! What a honor it is to celebrate the love that you have for one another with you!
