Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish speaking is preferred
Current pharmacy Technician license in state of CA requires
Multi tasking
Pharmacy setting experience required
1 to 2 yrs of customer Service experience
Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of job
Friendly with customers and actively look for ways to help customer
Willing to learn and grow for a long term position
High school or GED
Skills Required:
Speaks clearly and persuasively. Responds informatively to questions
Excellent phone etiquette
Skilled in answering telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner
Ability to handle irate customers in a courteous, patient, calm and positive manner
Excellent Written communication
Computer skills
Ability to type 40 WPM
Ability to learn new computer programs quickly (Training will be provided)
Adapts to changes in work environment
Able to handle frequent change and interruptions, delays or unexpected issues while maintaining a high quality and quantity work
Strong multitasking ability such as effectively managing multiple incoming calls and use multiple computer task at the same time, without compromising
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and also be a team player
Prioritizes and work activities and uses time efficiently
Pharmacy technician experience or other leadership experience
Roles and Responsibilities but not limited to:
Receive and process orders via phone, email or fax in a timely manner
Handling all incoming and outgoing communications
Calling patients and provide detailed information
Collecting /verifying patient and doctor detailed
Communicating with prescribers and nurses to get refill authorization
Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
Communicating and working with team
Maintain inventory
Help with patient's drop off and pick up medication
Enter prescription orders into the computer and process claims
Create and updates patient's health and insurance information in the computer
Working with customers to provide top notch customer service
Call customers to schedule deliveries
Deliver medications
