It doesn’t have to be dry January… keep skin hydrated by keeping up with water intake, incorporating a hydrating serum like Hyaluronic acid or vitamin c, or a thicker moisturizer, using a humidifier to keep moisture in the air, continuing exfoliation 1-3x a week to rid dead skin cells and minimizing hot water.
