Lindsey’s energetic support and wholehearted cheerleading of every human who walks through these doors—and of this space as a whole—has been a constant gift over the years. She’s become quite the Miss BARRE Babe, but did you know she actually founded both Aromatherapy Yin and our Chair Yoga program?! 🤯💐

Her quirky Aquarian energy lights up our hearts and brings play, joy, and ease into every room she enters. We love you so very much, Lindsey. Thank you for all that you pour into this community—we truly couldn’t do this without you, your fire playlists, your beautifully photogenic feet or your unconditional love 💖✨
