For decades, we were told to replace butter with “heart-healthy” vegetable oils ☠️. Industrial seed oils (canola, soybean, corn, vegetable, safflower, sunflower, cottonseed) are highly processed, oxidized, and loaded with omega-6 fats that fuel inflammation throughout the body.
If you want to reverse your disease you must start replacing seed oils with olive oil, avocado oil, organic grass fed butter, coconut oil, and tallow and organic grass fed meats. If you eat nothing else but these meats and oils, and you can heal from 100% of any disease. Eliminate refined sugars and flours to a 100% ancestral diet.

Diet
• Eliminate inflammatory oils: Avoiding industrial seed oils (soy, corn, safflower, sunflower, canola).
• Increasing omega-3s: Grass-fed meats, wild-caught fatty fish (salmon, sardines, mackerel), and pastured eggs. These help balance omega-6/omega-3 ratio.
• Eating more antioxidant-rich vegetables: Leafy greens (spinach), cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cauliflower), and brightly colored vegetables for flavonoids and carotenoids.
• Include NO - nitrates for nitric oxide support: Beets, arugula, and celery improve endothelial function.
• Low added sugar / low refined carbs: Helps prevent insulin spikes and glycation, which damage endothelium.
• Polyphenol-rich foods: Green tea, dark berries, cocoa, and olive oil help reduce oxidative stress.
