Another wondrous success story!!
CANCER FREE!! A gal I’ve been working with the past year with stage 4 lung cancer just sent me her last scan report! NED!! (No evidence disease)
Case Reflection: Complete Remission (NED) in Stage IV NSCLC lung cancer through Repurposed Drug Integrative Oncology Approach with FB & IVM.
In November 2024, A____ was sent home on hospice with an estimated six-month prognosis — following a diagnosis of advanced NSCLC non-small cell lung cancer. She declined further conventional interventions beyond one radiation session and chose to pursue a comprehensive integrative and metabolic healing plan using repurposed drugs (Fenbendazole and Ivermectin and Artemisinin), under my close online home guidance. Her daughter G___ is primary caregiver.
The goal was to shift her physiology from a pro-cancer growth to an anti-inflammatory, immune-resilient state by addressing the terrain (starving the cancer of feul). With the help of Integrative oncology
I developed a protocol to incite nutritional ketosis, detoxification, mitochondrial restoration, and immune modulation using a structured regimen of repurposed drugs, supplements, and dietary components following specific timing and cycles.
Core elements included:
• A strict ketogenic–carnivore Mediterranean diet, eliminating sugars, grains, and seed oils, with a daily 18:6 fasting rhythm to optimize autophagy and lower insulin signaling.
• Use of repurposed metabolic agents with immune-modulating and antiproliferative properties, carefully cycled for six days on and one day off to maintain tolerance and efficacy.
• Ongoing detoxification and mitochondrial support through glutathione, NAC, chlorella, modified citrus pectin, and mineral balance.
• Immune and circadian optimization using high-dose melatonin 120 mg, high dose (30K IU) vitamin D3/K2, medicinal mushrooms, detoxification methods and immune boosters.
• Red infrared therapy and coffee enemas.
Over ten months, A____’s inflammatory markers steadily normalized. Her energy and weight improved, and she experienced a complete resolution of cough and systemic inflammation. In October 2025, her Signatera circulating tumor DNA test came back negative (NED) “No Evidence of Disease”— confirming no molecular evidence of active malignancy.
This outcome highlights what can occur when metabolic, immune, and detoxification pathways are strategically restored, and when the patient’s mindset, nutrition, and environment align toward healing, when toxins and chemicals are removed.
Key Clinical Insights:
1. Terrain-first focus: Correcting the metabolic and immune microenvironment can shift disease trajectory even in advanced cancer.
2. Patient adherence and empowerment: Consistent daily engagement, fasting discipline, and mindset contributed greatly to sustained results.
3. Multimodal synergy: Combining nutritional ketosis, circadian repair, detoxification, and targeted repurposed compounds may yield results that single therapies cannot achieve alone.
4. Functional monitoring: Tracking inflammatory markers, weight trends, and ctDNA (Signatera) provided objective confirmation of progress and remission. (Most recent report 10/25/25).
