Another wondrous success story!!
CANCER FREE!! A gal I’ve been working with the past year with stage 4 lung cancer just sent me her last scan report! NED!! (No evidence disease)

Case Reflection: Complete Remission (NED) in Stage IV NSCLC lung cancer through Repurposed Drug Integrative Oncology Approach with FB & IVM.

In November 2024, A____ was sent home on hospice with an estimated six-month prognosis — following a diagnosis of advanced NSCLC non-small cell lung cancer. She declined further conventional interventions beyond one radiation session and chose to pursue a comprehensive integrative and metabolic healing plan using repurposed drugs (Fenbendazole and Ivermectin and Artemisinin), under my close online home guidance. Her daughter G___ is primary caregiver.

The goal was to shift her physiology from a pro-cancer growth to an anti-inflammatory, immune-resilient state by addressing the terrain (starving the cancer of feul). With the help of Integrative oncology
I developed a protocol to incite nutritional ketosis, detoxification, mitochondrial restoration, and immune modulation using a structured regimen of repurposed drugs, supplements, and dietary components following specific timing and cycles.

Core elements included:
• A strict ketogenic–carnivore Mediterranean diet, eliminating sugars, grains, and seed oils, with a daily 18:6 fasting rhythm to optimize autophagy and lower insulin signaling.
• Use of repurposed metabolic agents with immune-modulating and antiproliferative properties, carefully cycled for six days on and one day off to maintain tolerance and efficacy.
• Ongoing detoxification and mitochondrial support through glutathione, NAC, chlorella, modified citrus pectin, and mineral balance.
• Immune and circadian optimization using high-dose melatonin 120 mg, high dose (30K IU) vitamin D3/K2, medicinal mushrooms, detoxification methods and immune boosters.
• Red infrared therapy and coffee enemas.

Over ten months, A____’s inflammatory markers steadily normalized. Her energy and weight improved, and she experienced a complete resolution of cough and systemic inflammation. In October 2025, her Signatera circulating tumor DNA test came back negative (NED) “No Evidence of Disease”— confirming no molecular evidence of active malignancy.

This outcome highlights what can occur when metabolic, immune, and detoxification pathways are strategically restored, and when the patient’s mindset, nutrition, and environment align toward healing, when toxins and chemicals are removed.

Key Clinical Insights:
1. Terrain-first focus: Correcting the metabolic and immune microenvironment can shift disease trajectory even in advanced cancer.
2. Patient adherence and empowerment: Consistent daily engagement, fasting discipline, and mindset contributed greatly to sustained results.
3. Multimodal synergy: Combining nutritional ketosis, circadian repair, detoxification, and targeted repurposed compounds may yield results that single therapies cannot achieve alone.
4. Functional monitoring: Tracking inflammatory markers, weight trends, and ctDNA (Signatera) provided objective confirmation of progress and remission. (Most recent report 10/25/25).

THE SILENT HEALTH KILLER: “SEED OILS” not sugar…

— direct cause of Macular degeneration (AMD), colon, breast, prostate Cancer, Alzheimer’s dementia, Diabetes 2, Heart Disease, Obesity… and

1. Cardiovascular disease (atherosclerosis, heart attacks)
2. Stroke (ischemic and hemorrhagic)
3. Obesity and weight gain
4. Insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes
5. Metabolic syndrome
6. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD)
7. Chronic systemic inflammation
8. Autoimmune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, lupus)
9. Asthma and allergy exacerbation
10. Neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s)
11. Depression and mood disorders
12. Certain cancers (breast, prostate, colon)
13. Endothelial dysfunction (damaged blood vessels) High BP and LDL cholesterol
14. Oxidative stress leading to mitochondrial damage
15. Premature aging of skin (wrinkles, loss of elasticity)
16. Infertility or reproductive dysfunction
17. Bone loss / osteoporosis
18. Gut microbiome dysbiosis
19. Immune dysregulation
20. Increased LDL oxidation heart cholesterol (promoting plaque formation).

The main mechanism is chronic inflammation and oxidative stress - triggered by excessive omega-6 fatty acids from the typical Western diet and eating processed foods, fried foods, and packaged snacks.

For decades, we were told to replace butter with “heart-healthy” vegetable oils ☠️. Industrial seed oils (canola, soybean, corn, vegetable, safflower, sunflower, cottonseed) are highly processed, oxidized, and loaded with omega-6 fats that fuel inflammation throughout the body.

If you want to reverse your disease you must start replacing seed oils with olive oil, avocado oil, organic grass fed butter, coconut oil, and tallow and organic grass fed meats. If you eat nothing else but these meats and oils, and you can heal from 100% of any disease. Eliminate refined sugars and flours to a 100% ancestral diet.

The body heals when the fire of inflammation is put out — and that starts with fasting from what’s on your plate in any restaurant...

Diet
• Eliminate inflammatory oils: Avoiding industrial seed oils (soy, corn, safflower, sunflower, canola).
• Increasing omega-3s: Grass-fed meats, wild-caught fatty fish (salmon, sardines, mackerel), and pastured eggs. These help balance omega-6/omega-3 ratio.
• Eating more antioxidant-rich vegetables: Leafy greens (spinach), cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cauliflower), and brightly colored vegetables for flavonoids and carotenoids.
• Include NO - nitrates for nitric oxide support: Beets, arugula, and celery improve endothelial function.
• Low added sugar / low refined carbs: Helps prevent insulin spikes and glycation, which damage endothelium.
• Polyphenol-rich foods: Green tea, dark berries, cocoa, and olive oil help reduce oxidative stress.

2. Daily Supplements
• L-arginine or L-citrulline: Amino acids that boost nitric oxide, improving blood vessel dilation.
• CoQ10 / Ubiquinol: https://a.co/d/hfRMpDf Supports mitochondrial function and reduces oxidative stress in vessel walls.
• Vitamin C & E: https://a.co/d/1hUqC1P Powerful antioxidants that protect endothelial cells from free radical damage.
• Omega-3 fatty acids: https://a.co/d/1zL0Cgl Fish oil or krill oil to reduce inflammation and improve vascular flexibility.
• Polyphenols: https://a.co/d/gkQKE0Z Quercetin, resveratrol, or grape seed extract for endothelial protection.
• Magnesium (any form except oxide): https://a.co/d/97Vv6D4 Helps relax blood vessels and supports nitric oxide production.

SAMPLE MENU for healing: 5 meals that include “organic, grass-fed” meats and vegetables for a bit of fiber and micronutrients without overloading on carbs:

1. Ribeye & Sautéed Mushrooms
• Organic grass-fed ribeye steak, pan-seared in tallow
• Sautéed organic mushrooms with a sprinkle of sea salt and fresh thyme
• Optional: small side of sautéed spinach or greens

2. Beef Liver & Onions with Roasted Zucchini
• Thinly sliced organic grass-fed beef liver, lightly seared
• Caramelized organic onions in organic grass fed butter
• Roasted organic zucchini tossed in olive oil and garlic

3. Lamb Chops & Roasted Asparagus
• Organic grass-fed lamb chops, grilled with rosemary and garlic
• Roasted organic asparagus drizzled with grass-fed butter
• Optional: fresh parsley garnish

4. Ground Beef & Egg Skillet
• Organic grass-fed ground beef, cooked with sea salt and pepper
• 2–3 organic pasture-raised eggs, scrambled or fried in beef tallow
• Sautéed organic bell peppers and spinach mixed in

5. Salmon & Broccoli with Herb Butter
• Wild-caught salmon pan-seared in tallow or butter
• Steamed organic broccoli with a pat of herb-infused butter (thyme, dill)

WHAT THEY’RE NOT TELLING YOU - Article # 1

Swollen prostates are 80-90% due to gum disease in men, not cancer.

Simple test: If you have bad breath = BPH prostate. Instead of taking prostate drugs, fix your teeth.

Tooth decay, gum disease, and embalming of a tooth (root canals) create infections that harbor gram negative bacteria that spreads through the bloodstream. These microbes and their toxins lodge in certain weak organs, including the prostate in men and in the female organs and endometriosis in women.

Research shows that gum disease is linked to highest levels of systemic inflammation, which triggers conditions like prostatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men. Studies found the same bacterial DNA in both the gum tissue and prostate tissue of men, and the female organs in women, including breast.

From a holistic and conventional medicine perspective, this makes sense: if 80% -90% of prostate problems stem from unresolved oral infections, then treating the teeth and gums — instead of only focusing on the prostate or labeling it “cancer” — could resolve and prevent the issue at its root.

The reason you don’t hear doctors openly saying “prostate disease is from tooth decay” is partly because of money: there is a lot of financial and institutional focus on cancer treatment, which can overshadow simpler explanations like hidden infections.
Dentistry and medicine are siloed professions, so cross-talk between the mouth and the prostate is wrongfully ignored.

Here are some studies and findings from the scientific literature that show a connection between periodontal/oral infection and prostate disease (inflammation, BPH, prostate cancer):

1. A recent meta-analysis: men with periodontal disease (gum disease) have highest risk of BPH prostate disease. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10531617/

2. Study detected DNA of Porphyromonas gingivalis, Treponema denticola, and E. coli (bacteria often associated with periodontitis) in the prostatic secretions of men who had both periodontal and prostate disease. https://www.mdpi.com/2077-0383/12/18/6070?utm_source=chatgpt.com

3. Fusobacterium nucleatum (in periodontal disease) found in prostate tissue from patients with chronic inflammation / prostate cancer / BPH. https://www.cureus.com/articles/68698-presence-of-specific-periodontal-pathogens-in-prostate-gland-diagnosed-with-chronic-inflammation-and-adenocarcinoma

4. P. gingivalis infection (or its lipopolysaccharide, LPS) promotes development of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in animal and cellular models. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11103868/

5. Effect of treating gum disease on prostate symptoms or markers. Case Western Reserve University research: treating gum disease in men who had both periodontitis and prostatitis resolved their prostate symptoms, even without direct treatment for the prostate by treating perio tooth decay. https://thedaily.case.edu/treating-gum-disease-reduces-prostate-symptoms-cwru-researchers-find/?utm_source=chatgpt.com

6. A higher PSA (prostate-specific antigen, a marker that rises with prostate inflammation or cancer) found in men who have both periodontitis and prostatitis. https://www.perio.org/for-patients/gum-disease-information/gum-disease-and-men/

#1 most important supplement: For every age, electrolyte and trace mineral balance is the most foundational aspects of health—arguably the single most important daily support you can take from age 2 years old on.

Unfortunately modern food doesn’t contain the minerals our bodies need anymore. Decades of intensive farming and pesticide use have depleted the soil of magnesium, potassium, calcium, and trace elements, so even fruits, vegetables, and grains grown today are deficient, compared to food frown 50 or 100 years ago.

This means that even a “perfect” diet leaves gaps. Without these essential minerals, your cells can’t work properly. Hydration, nerve signaling, heart rhythm, muscle function, energy production, and immune support all rely on minerals—yet none of us get any from food alone.

That’s why supplementation is no longer optional—it’s vital in restoring what nature used to provide naturally, but no longer does.

Staying truly healthy is about giving every cell in your body the nutrients it needs to function. Electrolytes and trace minerals are essential for life, especially for infants, children and seniors alike.

Every cell in your body relies on electrolytes and trace minerals to function. They literally power your muscles, nerves, heart, and brain. Without them: your muscles cramp, your heart rhythm can falter, your energy tanks, your brain fog sets in, and your immune system struggles. Hydration alone isn’t enough—without the right minerals, water can’t get into your cells properly.

Even small deficiencies in magnesium, potassium, calcium, or trace elements affect nerve signaling, heart rhythm, and muscle function. That’s why all ages now experience fatigue, cramps, brain fog, and bone or heart issues.

Even toddlers as young as 1-2 years old need these minerals daily. Their growing bodies use electrolytes and trace elements to support brain development, energy, and immune resilience. Two scoops a day ensure their tiny bodies get what they need—because deficiencies can affect growth, energy, health and especially learning.

Minerals are the scaffolding for every biochemical process.

Older adults are especially prone to dehydration, fatigue, muscle cramps, and even memory issues when these minerals aren’t properly replenished anf need 4 scoops per day. This Electrolyte Power Plus is the same as Dr Berg’s Electrolyte powder, (but cheaper). It delivers a full spectrum of essential electrolytes—magnesium, potassium, calcium, and trace elements—that support energy production, heart health, muscle function, and cognitive clarity.

Unlike other electrolyte products that spike insulin, and only give sodium and sugar (like Gatorade and Red Bull etc), this formula replenishes the full spectrum of minerals your body uses every day, replacing what modern diets, stress, and environmental toxins deplete.

It’s not optional—it’s foundational for health.

DOSAGES: Dont be deceived. The label lists the infant dose of 1 scoop per day. RDA dosing will concur that you need 4 x this amount. Add the scoops into filtered water and serve throughout the day:

For 2 year olds: 2 scoops daily

For Children 3 and over: 3 scoops daily

For teens and Adults over 60 lbs: 4 scoops daily

“Cancer on a Budget” Protocol.

This evidence-informed cancer support protocol is designed to complement other treatment such as chemotherapy and radiation or ideally to be used independently. Each item has been chosen for its safety, affordability, and ability to support mitochondria, reduce inflammation, detoxify the body, and interfere with cancer metabolism — especially in the brain. All supplements are available over the counter or online. This is for you to copy and paste or share. As a retired oncology nurse, this works.

(Important for caregivers & skeptics):

All supplements listed are non-toxic and have been studied for their safety and low side-effect profile. They do not interfere with prescriptions but can reduce side effects of conventional drugs by protecting healthy cells and lowering inflammation.

Most important supplements that prioritize evidence-informed, mitochondrial support, detox, immune enhancement, and metabolic interference in cancer:

Top 7 Important (in priority order):
1. Fenbendazole (Panacur C)
• Affordable, widely used in repurposed cancer protocols (esp. for brain, lung, and colorectal). Targets microtubules, disrupts cancer cell replication.
• Dose: 2 packets (444 mg total) per day, 6 days on, 1 day off.
• Take with: Small amount of vitamin E (tocotrienols ideally)

2. Ivermectin
• Strong anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, and mitochondrial-supporting agent. Crosses the blood-brain barrier. Widely studied in glioblastoma and neuro cancers.
• Dose: 1.5–2 inches paste or 24 mg/day, 6 days on, 1 day off.

3. Modified Citrus Pectin (MCP) – Swanson or Pectasol
Binds circulating galectin-3 (a driver of cancer spread), especially helpful in brain and metastatic cancers. Also binds toxins during fasting or tumor die-off.
• Best budget source: Swanson brand powder
• Dose: 8 grams on empty stomach in AM and again at bedtime taken 2 hours away from other supplements.

4. Liposomal Melatonin (120 mg)
https://a.co/d/eBJoGYY Take 2 of the 60 mg gel caps while fasting. High-dose melatonin (esp. liposomal) is neuroprotective, anti-cancer, crosses the blood-brain barrier, and supports mitochondrial function. Critical for gliomas and brain cancers. Take while fasting,

5. Artemisinin – Anti-cancer herb (take away from iron) 1 scoop daily. 2000 mg: https://a.co/d/2VPDVct

6. Methylene Blue – Protects mitochondria in the brain 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) daily. Add to 1 Tbsp water and drink quickly, or use a straw to avoid staining teeth or dentures. Buy Pharmaceutical Grade Methylene Blue: https://a.co/d/bbVcF79

7. TUDCA 1 scoop daily. 2000 mg: https://a.co/d/2VPDVct

• Organic green tea – High in EGCG, cancer-fighting
• Coffee enemas – For tumors, helps detox via liver

Cancer hates oxygen — and anything that increases mitochondrial oxygenation or circulation helps.

Exercise or Movement
Light walking, rebounding, or stretching 10–15 mins/day (even seated). Moves lymph and boosts oxygen flow.

Not always affordable, but even basic breathwork or nasal breathing practices help.

Optional Additions (Only if resources allow later):
• NAC (N-acetyl cysteine) – boosts glutathione, detoxifies, protects brain
• Berberine – natural AMPK activator, mimics metformin, anticancer
• CBD Isolate or THC (if available locally) – for pain control, anti-inflammatory, appetite support

Diet- Ketogenic/Carnivore Diet + Intermittent Fasting (20:4 schedule)
• Why: tumors feed heavily on glucose. Cutting sugar and carbs starves tumor cells and protects healthy mitochondria. Intermittent fasting triggers autophagy.
• Use the Nutricost stevia as the only sweetener that does not spike insulin or feed cancer.

Ketogenic Carnivore Diet + 20:4 Intermittent Fasting (20 hours fasting and 4 hours eating)
• Why: brain tumors feed on sugar. Ketogenic diets cut glucose supply and support mitochondria.
• Fasting Window: 7 PM to 1 PM (nothing but water, tea, or black coffee).
• Eating Window: Between 1 PM and 5 PM.
• What to Eat:
• Grass-fed beef, pasture-raised eggs, sardines, liver, wild salmon, butter, olive oil
• Optional: small amounts of steamed broccoli, cauliflower, or kale (no starches) only olive oil and vinegar dressings
• Avoid: Sugar, bread, fruit, juice, seed oils, grains, beans, or processed food or take-out due to sugar and seed oils that cause and feed cancer.

May have a slice of Ezekial bread (flourless) with grass fed baked or crockpot meat but no deli meats due to toxic chemicals
• Organic Stevia – Look for Nutricost or Now Foods pure stevia (no fillers) on Amazon

Meal Plan (Ketogenic and Carnivore)

Fasting (7 PM – 1 PM):
• Water
Black coffee (with stevia if needed) MCT oil powder creamer
• Green tea ECGC (4 cups per day) is anti carcinogenic

Eating Window (1 PM – 5 PM):
• 1 PM: 3 pasture-raised eggs cooked in grass-fed butter, may have slice Ezekiel bread (flourless)
• 2 PM: 6 oz ground beef or chicken thighs
• 3 PM: crock pot- use Bone broth + grass fed beef, vegetables (no rice or potatoes carb starches)
• 4 PM: wild Salmon, mackerel, or sardines + olive oil drizzle or grass fed meat
• 5 PM Small serving of cooked greens or broccoli. No salad dressings unless olive or avocado oil and vinegar

Intermittent Fast means only drink filtered water, coffee or organic teas from 6 pm until Lunchtime next day

Important tips:
No bluetooth earbuds (EMF 5G brain cancer) turn router off every night.

Get dental work done. Pull bad teeth and existing root canals. Pay for deep cleanings.
